Worst company!!!
2 month passed and never received my order! sent at least 5 emails and never got response back! then surprisenly they responded to my text on WhatsApp and promissed to check on my order status and after that my number is blocked and messages are not getting delivered! worst experience!!! save your money and DO NOT BUY from them!!!

Colourless hair remover max condition= Amazing
Used this on purple hair(the Live 1-normally really stubborn) and was amazed! All purple removed, hair back to natural colour (been a long time since I've seen this!) And hair feels amazingly soft. Highly recommend.

No item nor money back after 40 days
1. I bought on their web shop 40 days ago (18-10-2020) and Revolution enjoyed all my money on the fly but it never cared to make us to have at home what we paid.
2. I also said I can't trust their courier (a low level public postal service) with their records typed by themselves without any proof of that, nor a door knocking, nor a phone call, nor an email, nor bringing again the item some days after.
3. The worst thing is their trying to force my daughter to risk her health to go to a postal office staying in a line waiting for hours her turn, among many person maybe sick, to try to find the item we paid to get at home.
4. Revolution service to consumer is not compliant to the minimal consumers rights in Europe and that you can’t change EU rules with their poor rules and clauses that try to joke the Customers.
5. Even after lots of email they didn’t sent me another item nor my money back.

DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM MAKEUP REVOLUTION!!!
I have never seen such appalling customer service! At first, I was very satisfied with my purchase, the makeup products were reasonably priced and I received an email saying my order had been dispatched.
Sadly, everything went to hell short after. I never received my parcel.
I tried contacting the firm via email first and then calling them.
No ever answered my emails or calls. I am especially angry since I made the effort to write an email in English even though I ordered from their French website...

Really poor service.
I love revolution make up, but I will only be buying it in store from now on! I made an order on 9th November hoping to have it for the next weekend but I am still waiting now (25th). I got a dispatch notification the day after ordering which I was really happy about, thought it was super quick. However, I kept checking the royal mail tracking number and my order never seemed to reach them! Revolution told me that it was sent to RM but they had sent it back, so Revolution then sent it back to them again. It still never arrived and the tracking never changed so I contacted them again. They then assumed it was lost and said they had dispatched it again and the earliest I would get it would be Saturday 23rd (this was on the Thursday before) they also told me to message them again the next day to get the tracking info. I thought this was odd, surely they could just tell me the tracking info when they had it. I messaged them anyway, and was told my order had not been dispatched yet, I expressed how unhappy I was with this, but they didn't seem to care and confirmed it had still not been dispatched the the next day. They have now dispatched it via DHL on Monday the 25th, 4 days after they told me they had, and have also advised me that the main item I ordered is now out of stock so they have refunded it. I don't know why they didn't mention this before, I could have saved them the effort of sending the order. Very frustrating as the part of the order that's apparently now on its way, is the part that I didn't really care about as much. Who knows if I'll actually get it anyway. Most of the customer service people have been rude and robotic. Its a shame as the make up is well priced, cruelty free and good quality, but I certainly won't be ordering it through them anymore. If you want their products stick to buying in store or in superdrug.

I purchased a product called …
I purchased a product called colourless hair colour remover.It stated that it will remove, black, brown, red and other built up colours like dark blond. I am a woman 67 years old, so my natural hair colour was salt and pepper mixed with grey. I had coloured it medium brown. I followed the directions and when I rinsed the product off I had orange blond hair!,.I am hoping this company will feel responsible for my bad hair day and contact me.

Their customer service is disgusting
Their customer service is disgusting. No-one picks up the phone or replies to any emails or messages. I have been waiting for an email order I haven't received yet they have taken the money out of my account. Don't bother shopping here direct, use a high street shop.

Having a nightmare with customer…
Having a nightmare with customer services. Only missing a 90p lipgloss from my fab order, but they are insisting that I photo what I have received - which to me is bonkers as the missing item will not be in the photo?!!

Won't do anything until I send them a photo of all that i did receive - or I can return entire order at my cost.

Computer says no - very odd response I must say.

Eyebrow pallet burnt my daughters face
My daughter had an allergic reaction to the I Heart brow pallet which caused blisters, hives and swelling, stinging and itchiness around eyes and forehead. Ended up being prescribed steroids by the doctor. We weren’t sure at first of the cause until we realised every time she used the eyebrow makeup, small blisters started appearing. Don’t know what is in this makeup to cause such a severe reaction!

(0 STAR!) it’s my first order from makeup revolution and I was very hesitant to purchase from them despite read bad reviews and some good reviews regarding customer service and shipping. I ordered two liquid highlighter from Makeup Relvolution on 29th September but it’s now 24th November and it’s almost two months that I haven’t recieved it at all! I already emailed to customer service and they said that they will resend it again with confirmation of tracking number but I never got back from them not even confirmation of tracking number or whatsoever! Makeup Revolution is the most appalling and I regret so much for purchasing from there so I will never purchase anything from MR ever again. I DONT RECOMMEND YOU TO ORDER FROM MAKEUP REVOLUTION, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THEM.

Mismanagement of the orders
Order never received, any follow-up. I still wait for my order for more than 1 month! I am very disappointed, the brand is OK but the site and the management of the sendings of orders and has to regret. I shall order nothing more on this site!

Freedom Cosmetics Burnt My Face!
This is a review for Freedom Cosmetics as I believe they are one and the same. Their yellow camoflague cream has burnt my face. Rash still visible two weeks later. I’ve never had a reaction to any cosmetic previously so what the hell are they putting in their products??!! Customer service not interested. Please add a review if you've also had a reaction!
